Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the experience start time are eligible for a full refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
- Weather Conditions: If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a different date.
- No-Show: Failure to show up for the tour may result in 100% of the cost being charged.
- Modifications: Changes requested less than 24 hours before the tour may not be accepted.
